Frequently asked questions

• Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

  Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you downgrade and have more airframes registered than the lower plan allows, you will be prompted to remove airframes before the change is applied.

• What happens to my logs if I cancel?

  You have 30 days after cancellation to export your logs in CSV or JSON format. After 30 days, logs are permanently deleted. We recommend scheduling a full export before cancelling if you need a local archive.

• Does the Free plan include compliance reports?

  Yes. The Free plan includes on-demand compliance reports for your one registered airframe. Scheduled delivery and fleet-wide summaries are Pro and Team features, but the core Part 107 report is available on all plans.

• What log formats are supported on the Pro plan?

  Pro and Team plans support all formats NVdrones currently parses: DJI DAT, DJI SRT, DJI TXT, DJI CSV, Autel Evo log, and generic NMEA CSV. The Free plan is limited to DJI formats only.

• How does annual billing work?

  Annual billing charges the full year upfront at the discounted rate: $71/month for Pro (billed $852/year) and $183/month for Team (billed $2,196/year). Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

• Is there a trial period for paid plans?

  Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will be notified by email before the trial ends. If you do not add a payment method, the account reverts to the Free plan automatically.
