Per-airframe signal tracking

Four health signals monitored continuously from log data: motor temperature average, vibration index, battery cycle count, and gimbal axis load. Thresholds calibrated per airframe model.

Predicted service date

Based on current wear rates and historical flight cadence, NVdrones projects the date when each airframe will reach its recommended service threshold, giving your team a planning window of 2 to 6 weeks.

Email alerts before it matters

Pro and Team plans send alert emails when any signal crosses 80% of its threshold. You get the warning; you decide whether to accelerate the service window or operate with known margin.

Real signal data, not generic checklists

What maintenance forecasting tracks

Flight hour accumulation Total airframe hours logged since first sync, updated after each mission. Compared against model-specific service intervals.
Motor temperature trends Rolling average from multi-motor telemetry. High averages indicate load stress or cooling degradation ahead of failure.
Battery cycle tracking Per-battery cycle count from charge logs. Alerts at 80% of the manufacturer-defined cycle life for each battery serial.
Vibration index history IMU-derived vibration metric across missions. Rising index values indicate frame, prop, or motor mount wear before visible symptoms appear.
Gimbal axis monitoring Axis correction demand from stabilization logs. High sustained loads predict gimbal motor or bearing wear within the next service window.
