Log Sync

Automatic ingestion of civil drone flight logs in every major format

How it works at the operator level

Connect your fleet once and NVdrones pulls flight logs automatically after each mission completes. Every log is stored with full metadata, including airframe ID, pilot ID, mission date, and location, giving you a searchable archive that builds itself.

Automatic after every flight

No manual export steps. Logs are ingested as soon as the aircraft reconnects after a mission, whether via USB, Wi-Fi sync, or cloud storage integration.

Metadata preserved

Each log entry is tagged with airframe serial, pilot identifier, and mission context before storage, so a search across an entire flight archive returns the exact records an auditor requests.

Structured from day one

Raw log files are never stored as blobs. NVdrones parses and maps fields to a normalized schema on ingestion, so reports and exports are always ready without a second processing step.

How It Works

Four steps from aircraft to archive

From physical connection to structured record, log sync handles every step automatically. No configuration files to edit, no CSV templates to maintain.

  • Connect airframe via USB or Wi-Fi sync on mission return
  • Format detected automatically: DJI DAT, SRT, TXT, CSV, Autel log
  • Fields extracted and mapped to FAA Part 107 audit schema
  • Log stored with airframe ID, pilot ID, and mission metadata
STEP 1 Connect airframe via USB or Wi-Fi
STEP 2 Format auto-detected: DJI DAT / SRT / CSV
STEP 3 Fields mapped to FAA audit schema
STEP 4 Stored with airframe ID, pilot ID, mission tags

Supported log formats

DJI DAT Binary flight record: full sensor telemetry including IMU, GPS, motor, battery
DJI SRT Subtitle-format telemetry exported from DJI apps: GPS, altitude, speed per frame
DJI TXT / CSV FlightHub and DJI Pilot 2 export formats, structured column-header CSV
Autel Evo Log Autel Robotics Evo II series flight record, parsed for FAA-relevant fields
NMEA CSV Generic NMEA-compatible CSV from any aircraft with standard GPS telemetry output

All formats are parsed against FAA Part 107 audit field requirements. NVdrones does not verify regulatory compliance, but every field required by a Part 107 audit is extracted and structured for your review.
