Why NVdrones exists
Commercial drone operations under FAA Part 107 generate hours of flight log data per survey day. As regulatory expectations around documentation have grown, operators face a clear choice: dedicate significant staff time to manual record assembly, or risk compliance gaps when an auditor requests documentation they cannot quickly produce.
NVdrones automates that documentation layer. We parse flight logs from each aircraft, assemble the records an auditor requests, and surface airframe data that indicates service needs before a survey day is lost to a grounded aircraft.
We are independently funded and operate without outside capital or investor pressure. Our users are commercial drone operators, inspection firms, and survey operations running civil aircraft under Part 107. We do not work with military or law enforcement applications.

Accuracy over speed
Compliance documentation must be exact. We do not optimize for fast output at the cost of correct output. When a field cannot be reliably parsed, we surface that gap rather than fill it with an approximation.
Operator-first
Built for the pilot on the ground, not the IT team in the office. Every interface and output reflects what a remote pilot actually needs to produce for an audit, not what looks complete in a dashboard screenshot.
Transparency
What the tool verifies and what it does not is always visible. We do not present inferred compliance status as confirmed. Every output includes the data source and the verification method used.
